Senior specialists. Shipped proof.

Who builds your system, and why you can check before you trust.

NorthBore is a small UK software studio - a few senior specialists, nothing junior. It is led by Gopal Bagaswar, and the person who builds your system is the person you talk to: the first call, the build, the handover and the support.

Today NorthBore sells three things: chasing dead quotes and overdue invoices (paid from what comes back), done-for-you annual service and certificate reminders on WhatsApp, and voice-note paperwork - job sheets, reports and invoice drafts you check and sign. Underneath all three sits the original focus: enquiry automation for plumbing, heating and electrical firms: every enquiry from your form, inbox and missed calls caught in one list, built behind what you already use, handed over finished in 14 days. Nothing ships without your approval.

Proof comes from products, not promises. Gopal has shipped and maintains FleetPeek (fleet tracking for iOS and Android), GetCallBounce (missed calls become booked jobs) and Curio (a learning tutor app), and has code merged into open-source projects including mem0, Gradio, AnythingLLM, LiveKit Agents and Optuna. These are NorthBore's own products, not client work, and the site says so plainly.

The same honesty runs through the offer: a fixed price of £750 for the 14-day build, day-14 terms written in plain English instead of small print, and a straight answer when existing tools like Jobber or ServiceM8 already do the job. See Services and Work for the details, or read how agents should use this site in the agent guide.
